The recognition was awarded for its SAP Business All-in-One project with Smartrac Technology, a leading supplier of high security RFID inlays for contact-less credit cards and ePassports. The implementation was rolled out to over 100 users and consisted of specific SAP high-tech best practice processes for finance, controlling, material management, production planning and sales and distribution.

 

As a result of the implementation, Smartrac Technology has realised benefits across the business including improved visibility of stock over various geographies, as well as improved profitability analysis for each product. From a financial reporting standpoint, Smartrac Technology has also experienced a significant reduction in time for the month-end closing coupled with improved reporting features.

This is the third SAP partner award delivered to Supply Chain Consulting this year, with Best SAP Business All-in-One project with footwear company ASICS and Best Netweaver project at Transfield Services awarded to the Australian operation at the SAP Customer and Partner Awards for Excellence in Australia.
